Digital transformation not only influences the business models of many companies – their IT organization is also undergoing a far-reaching process of change. The IT frees itself from organizational shackles and moves into new areas and processes. After all, IT is everywhere, IT is a competitive advantage, IT is an asset – even beyond the control of the CIO.
